The submitted paper to the conference must not be previously published, and not considered elsewhere for publication. The submission is electronic and in a DOC format only will be considered.

The paper should be designed based on the IEEE format and number of pages must be between 4 to 6 pages (Papers with more than 6 pages will not be accepted). The size of the file must not exceed 2 MB

The template and the formatting instructions of IEEE can be downloaded :

  • Name of the all contributed authors, with EDAS account (if available)
  • Email addresses of all authors
  • Contact address of all authors (affiliation)
  • Track name and topic (Click these links for Tracks and Topics)
  • Attach the manuscript file in .doc format
